A petition from FairFuelUK calling for a ban of parking charges has been signed by more than 26,000 people and handed to Downing Street.The petition pointed out that almost half of NHS hospitals in England had increased charges since 2014, when the Government suggested free or reduced parking fees for visitors of gravely ill relatives, blue badge holders and hospital staff.
