[Following Desert Island Discs broadcast] I just wanted to say how amazing it was to hear you on Desert Island Discs. My husband and I listened to it in tears – it was so honest, so moving, so inspiring and so clear to see where all that humanity and compassion that you have in spades has come from. 

I feel very privileged to know you. What a woman!
