Donna Ockenden is delighted to be involved (as co-chair of London SCN) with the launch of an all England maternity bereavement toolkit on June 22nd 2017. The toolkit has been developed in partnership with parents, NHS England, the London Maternity Clinical Network, SANDS, bereavement midwives, chaplains and obstetricians.
