The Medical Director at Betsi Cadwaladr Health Board says it needs to listen more to patients and local communities in order to improve its services.

Speaking to ITV Cymru Wales, Matthew Makin said the health board is facing a watershed moment after being put into special measures by the Welsh Government and accepts the recommendations of the Ockenden report in full.
