Following the publication of the National Maternity Review – Better Births –NHS England set up a Maternity Transformation Programme to implement the recommendations.

Better Births recognises the importance of harnessing digital technology and makes recommendations on the use of digital technology to assist health professionals working in Maternity to provide a high quality service to women, with an emphasis on improved personalisation and choice.
